Built from call dispositions across every campaign the floor dialled, not from anyone's opinion of how the calls sound. Every rep below is flagged because a rate of theirs runs at least 1.5 times the floor's over hundreds of dials. Each flag names the campaign it concentrates on — read it against whatever is running this week.

Conversion is sales over opportunities on that campaign, attributed the same way as the workbook: to the campaign the customer’s number was actually dialled on. Manual Outbound shows sales against no opportunities because a hand-dialled callback counts as a dial but never as a new opportunity — those sales are callbacks closing, and that row is not a conversion rate. The same caution applies to any thin row: an inbound can close on a list it was never dialled from.
Mark and Keith worked the same campaigns over the same days. What happened when a customer picked up could not have been more different.
That gap is not the list. It is what happens in the first thirty seconds, and it is teachable. Bringing everyone below the floor's 19.2% conversion up to it is worth about 27 sales across these 28 days — roughly 5 a week at current volumes.
Bar is the rep, vertical line the floor average. Red is the wrong side of it whichever way the bar runs.
Grace sees the price objection landing 2.2 times as often as the floor — 17 times on 3,956 dials, against a floor rate of 2.0 per 1,000. Conversion of 10.4% against 19.2% for the floor. 6 of the 17 on Truvista Winback Cable (35%). Also on Truvista Fiber 090926, Truvista Winback Fiber.
Price objections that arrive before value has landed are an ordering problem, not a discounting one.
Worked if Declined - Price per 1,000 falls below 2 and conversion clears 15.4% at the next review.

Mark sees customers hanging up mid-call 1.8 times as often as the floor — 245 times on 4,372 dials, against a floor rate of 30.9 per 1,000. Conversion of 16.4% against 19.2% for the floor. 46 of the 245 on Truvista Winback Cable (19%). Also on Truvista Fiber, Truvista Fiber 090926.
This is about the opening, not the offer. The customer never heard the offer.
Worked if Call Dropped per 1,000 falls below 37 and conversion clears 15.4% at the next review.
Bar is the rep, vertical line the floor average. Red is the wrong side of it whichever way the bar runs.
Coco sees the "happy with my provider" objection landing 1.6 times as often as the floor — 81 times on 3,766 dials, against a floor rate of 13.2 per 1,000. Conversion of 16.7% against 19.2% for the floor. 31 of the 81 on Truvista Winback Fiber (38%). Also on Truvista Winback Cable, Truvista Fiber.
Coach the response, not the rate. The objection landing is normal here.
Worked if Happy w/ Provider per 1,000 falls below 16 and conversion clears 15.4% at the next review.

Hassan sees customers hanging up mid-call 1.5 times as often as the floor — 143 times on 3,051 dials, against a floor rate of 30.9 per 1,000. Conversion of 33.3% against 19.2% for the floor. 90 of the 143 on Truvista Fiber (63%). Also on Truvista_Cable, Manual Outbound.

Worked if Call Dropped per 1,000 falls below 37 and conversion clears 15.4% at the next review.
Bar is Keith, vertical line the floor average. Green either way — on the top row longer is better, on the bottom two shorter is.
Keith holds a conversation better than anyone on the floor. Ask for three calls: one clean win, one where the customer raised the objection and stayed on, and one lost anyway. The third is the most useful of the three.
Built from the Five9 campaign export and the OB Sales Tracker, every campaign dialled, 2026-08-15 to 2026-09-13 (the last 30 days — change COACHING_LOOKBACK_DAYS in settings.py). Caveat: the window has 28 working days in it and each rep's conversion rests on 12 to 161 opportunities, so treat the ordering as directional. The targets above were chosen because they are rates measured over hundreds of dials rather than outcomes counted over dozens.
